Tim comes from a line of Equitable advisors as a third-generation member of Equitable. In 1995, after 6 years in banking with final positions as Branch Manager and Investment Specialist, he joined his father as a Financial Advisor in Stevens Point under the DBA of Roman, Roman & Associates. Tim’s focus is to develop financial “solutions” that bring clarity, freedom, and the confidence clients seek when it comes to their financial security.

Tim graduated from UW-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in Math and Economics. Tim is a Hall of Fame Advisor for Equitable, is licensed in several states and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, and 24 registrations, as well as Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses. He holds the ChFC and CLU designations from the American College.
He was a Badger/Division I baseball player, inducted into the SPASH Hall of Fame in 2014, coached youth baseball for 7 years, and in 1989 coached an undefeated high school baseball team to the State Championship. Tim and his wife reside on the Portage/Wood County line and have three grown children. Tim enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, golfing in spring and summer, and watching our Wisconsin sports teams.
