Kathleen (Kathy) Schilling is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse career spanning multiple industries. She began her career with Equitable Life Assurance Society of America in Cleveland, Ohio. As her husband's career led their family to several states, Kathy embraced new opportunities, serving in administrative roles with Leviton Manufacturing in Illinois, Basic American Foods in Plover, a specialized physical therapy clinic, and a psychology practice before joining Roman, Roman & Associates in 2016. Throughout her career, Kathy has built a reputation for exceptional organization, attention to detail, and dedicated client service.
Kathy and her husband raised four children. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in her community, gardening, and sewing.
